Frequently Asked Questions
  • I've just bought a Pass and I want to use it as soon as possible. How do I go about it?
    Once you have made your purchase, your Pass will be sent to the address you have given us within approximately 15 days. If you wish to enjoy the services offered by your Vueling Pass before you have received it, you can do so immediately by printing off the provisional voucher. This voucher will allow you to access the VIP lounges and use the services on offer (except Fast Track at Barcelona, which requires the final card with the bar code printed on the back). All you have to do is show your voucher together with your boarding card
  • What happens if I go to a VIP lounge but I don't have any stays left on my Pass?
    If you're in a VIP lounge and you realise you don't have any stays left, you have two options. You can go online and top up your Pass, or go to reception and pay the rack rate for the lounge.
  • My credit card has been declined, what should I do?
    Call us on +34 902 103 734 and we will help you to solve the problem. Opening hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT+1, Spain). Languages available: Spanish, English and Catalan.
  • Can I make a purchase with my debit card?
    No, only valid credit cards are accepted.
  • Can I buy a Vueling Pass for another person or as a gift?
    At the moment, it is not possible to make a purchase on behalf of someone else or make a purchase as a gift. However, we aim to provide these options very shortly.   • I am traveling with people who do not have the Vueling Pass. Can they enter the VIP lounge with me? Do they have access to other benefits?
    Yes, if you want to invite a guest to the Vip lounge you can do so out of your balance hits. But these guest are not entitled to other benefits of being a cardholder (special discounts, exclusive benefits Vueling ...)
  • How many guests can I invite into the lounge?
    There is no limit on the number of guests. For each companion, one access will be deducted from the card's balance.
  • Can anyone use my card on my behalf?
    No, these cards are personal and non-transferrable. In order to enjoy the advantages, you will be asked to present a valid form of identification (ID Card or Passport).
  • Where do I put my Vueling Pass number when booking a ticket?
    All the advantages of the Vueling Pass card are enjoyed at the airport itself, not when purchasing a ticket. To enjoy all of its advantages, just show the card along with your boarding pass.
  • If I travel with another airline, can I still enjoy these advantages?
    No, all advantages and services are applicable as long as you travel with Vueling.
